This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 17-06-2013 passed in C.R.P.No.5201 of 1997 whereby the Revenue Divisional Officer was directed to complete the process and pass necessary orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Arbitration produced a copy of the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mahabubnagar vide No.K/3181/2001, dated 14-08-2015 whereby the matter was considered and disposed of granting Certificate of Ownership under Section 38-E of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. In view of compliance of the orders of this court by granting certificate of ownership through the above said proceedings, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the

contempt case.
