Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and being disposed of by this common order.

In all these writ petitions, the petitioners assail the inaction of the Tahsildar, Kodangal Village Mandal, Mahaboobnagar, respondent No. 4 herein, in issuing the title deeds and pattadar pass books in their favour and in mutating their names in the revenue records in respect of various extents of land, specifically pleaded in the writ petitions, situated in Kodangalsivar Village, Kodangal Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District and prayed for a consequential direction to the respondents to issue title deeds and pattadar pass books in their favour.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inasmuch as the representations, dated 22.09.2014, filed by the petitioners before the respondent No. 4 are pending consideration, the writ petitions may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits or demerits of the matter, all these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent No. 4 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 22.09.2014 filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order, if not already disposed of. It is needless to mention, before passing the orders by the respondent No. 4, all the affected parties, who are having interest or in possession of the subject lands, shall be put on notice.
