This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in P.R.C.No.55 of 2007 on the file of Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under Criminal Procedure Code.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under Criminal Procedure Code.
