THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.145 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking transfer of C.C.No.40 of 2014 on the file of VIII Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hastinapur, Ranga Reddy District, to any other Court having jurisdiction in Ranga Reddy District.

Heard.

Having perused the material on record and the orders of the trial Court as well as the revisional Court, there are no valid grounds to transfer the case from the Court of VIII Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hastinapur, Ranga Reddy District, to any other Court in Ranga Reddy District. However, the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the petition, as and when filed, on merits uninfluenced by any other orders passed by either himself or revisional Court or this Court.

Accordingly, the Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
