THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12020 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking payment of retirement benefits consequent to the declaration of the petitioner as medically unfit and pursuant to the order of retirement dated 15.11.2011.

2. A counter-affidavit is filed stating that all amounts were paid to the petitioner and there is no outstanding amount to be payable to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said statement, this writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved and any amount is due from the respondents, it is always open to him to bring it to the notice of the respondents and seek necessary redressal. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
