THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10674 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.248 of 2013 of Bommuru Police Station, Rajahmundry Urban, East Godavari District now forwarded to the Court of VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 188, 384, 506 and 511 read with Section 34 IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Investigating Agency after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet before the learned Magistrate and cognizance being taken vide Calendar Case No.677 of 2014 and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
