HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25924 OF 2014 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.03-32 guntas in Sy.No.146/11 situated at Kasipet Village and Mandal, Adilabad District. The petitioner is in possession of the same for the last seven decades considering the same, the petitioner was issued pattadar passbooks and title deeds after following due process of law. When the petitioner came to know that name of a dead person was entered in revenue records wrongly, he made application on 18-07-2014 to the 4th respondent for rectification of entries in revenue records. As no orders are passed, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
