HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.29623 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents not to interfere with her possession in respect of land in Sy.No.17/61 admeasuring Ac.2.00 situate at Pulikunta Village, Rebbana Mandal, Adilabad District.

On a query from the Court as to whether the petitioner has received any communication regarding dispossession or whether any work had started in the subject land, the answer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is in negative.

In my opinion, the Writ Petition is filed on apprehension. Since the Writ Petition is premature, it is dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition as and when cause of action arises.

Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
