HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28796 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in seeking to evict the petitioner from his land to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Survey No.23/2, situated at Venkatanagaram Village, Addateegala Mandal, East Godavari District, in pursuance to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA.No.38/2008, dated 10.03.2018, pending disposal of the revision filed by the petitioner before 1st respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner filed revision before the 1st respondent against the order dated 10.03.2018 passed by the 2nd respondent in CMA No.38/2008 and the same is pending; that meanwhile the respondents are trying to evict the petitioner basing on the orders in CMA.No.38/2008.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till disposal of the revision, Status quo, obtaining as on today shall be maintained with regard to subject land.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
