This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.121 of 2014 from the file of Special Assistant Agent (Mobile Court) at Bhadrachalam, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Agent to Government-cum-ITDA Project Officer, Bhadrachalam.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 26.12.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submitted that the petitioner filed the petition seeking transfer of the matter by making some allegations against the officer. He further submitted that the said officer was transferred from Special Court and also filed the transfer order to that effect.

In view of transfer of the officer, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
