Learned standing counsel for the appellant/insurance company submits that this appeal becomes infructuous, as the claimants' appeal was allowed by this Court by enhancing the compensation amount awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal. Recording the same, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
