Heard Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6.

Petitioner has impugned action of the respondents inissuing Tender Notice Nos. 02/2-18-19 to 15/2018-19 allocating 15% of the works to the Members of Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes pursuant to BPMS No.119 dt.01-02-1979 and T.O.O.M.S.No.196 dt.15-10-2015.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents states that Tender Notice Nos.02/2-18-19 to 15/2018-19 for execution of all types of works in the operation of Circle of Adilabad has been cancelled by 5th respondent by proceedings dt.16-08-2018. Copy of the same has also been placed before this Court. 4.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
