This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 28-09-2010, in WP.No.5345 of 2010, by the respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) placed before us GO.Rt.No.265 Labour Employment Training & Factories (OP & IMS) Department, dated 30-03-2016, whereunder respondent No.1 has decided to implement Order, dated 23-12-2009, in OA.No.3292 of 2009 as confirmed by this Court by Order, dated 28-09-2010 in WP.No.5345 of 2010. It is further stated therein that, accordingly, respondent No.1 has sanctioned pay and allowances to the petitioner for the period from 18-06-2008 to 17-06-2011, during which she pursued her Post Graduation course.
