This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action by considering the representation dated 30.07.2018 filed by the petitioner for ensuring protection to the tower being erected in Sy. No.816/C1, Block No.35, situated at Chilakaluripeta village and Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, as illegal and arbitrary and to issue necessary consequential directions.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of WP.No.14941 of 2016 on 8.04.2016 and the same is followed by this Court in WP.No.6213 of 2018, dated 05.03.2018. In view of the above and since the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration, it is not necessary for this Court to adjudicate the matter on merits. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.07.2018 and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
