This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in P.R.C.No.22 of 2010 on the file of II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, arising out of Crime No.303 of 2009 of Abid Road Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 382, 354 and 511 IPC, initiated against the petitioner/accused-1. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
