Learned counsel for petitioner filed Crl.P.M.P.No.17847 of 2014 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition in order to prosecute the discharge petition filed before the trial Court. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.17847 of 2014 is allowed and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
