THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28910 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned senior counsel Sri Ghanta Rama Rao appearing for Mr.Mohammed Nahed Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home that the respondents have removed the stocks from the godown of the petitioner herein. It is also submitted by the learned senior counsel that the respondent authorities are not paying the rental amounts. That being so, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to avail appropriate remedy including the submission of representation, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
