HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.28982 OF 2018 ORDER:

With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to issue a direction to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.07.2018 of the petitioner for restoring his name as pattadar in the revenue records in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.74 cents situated at Sy.No.165 and Ac.0.46 cents situated at S.No.166 of Mudapaka Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

According to the petitioner, he is the owner and possessor of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.2.74 cents situated at Sy.No.165 and Ac.0.46 cents situated at S.No.166 of Mudapaka Village, Pendurthi Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, but by mistake, it was recorded as Government lands in the revenue records (webland pahani). Thereafter the petitioner submitted a representation on 4.6.2018 to the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to rectify the defects in the revenue records. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to deal with representation dated 4.6.2018, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 4.6.2018 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within

a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
