This is a revision filed under Section 115 of CPC against the order dated 26.3.2012 passed by the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Parchur, Prakasam district dismissing E.A.No.136 of 2008 in E.P.No.28 of 2003 in O.S.No.108 of 1998 filed by the petitioners herein under Order XXI Rule 97 of CPC to raise charge against the properties and to declare the schedule properties as assigned properties and that the judgment debtor has no saleable interest. 2.

As per the provisions of Order XXI Rule 103 of CPC, the order under challenge is to be treated as a decree and the order is appealable. In view of the same, the revision is dismissed, with a liberty to the petitioners herein to avail the remedy, as per law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
