Since the relief sought in these two Writ Petitions is similar this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of these two Writ Petitions by way of common order.
Heard, Sri Karri Murali Krishna and Sri N. Aswartha Narayana, learned counsel for the petitioners respectively and Sri G. Sheshadri, learned Standing Counsel for respondents When these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Gram Panchayat has submitted that in the event of widening or laying of the road from Sanapa Village to Munukundapalli village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District, due procedure as per law would be adhered to.
Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of, directing the respondents herein not to resort to widening or laying of road from Sanapa Village to Munukundapalli village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapur District, except in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
