ORDER:

Alleging several illegalities in the functioning of the petitioner as Field Assistant, show cause notice was issued on 10-12-2013. Petitioner claims that immediately an explanation was submitted by the petitioner, but so far no orders are passed. 2.

Learned standing council is unable to state the present status of the issue and whether any final orders are passed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with direction to finalize the issue consequent to show cause notice dated 10-12-2013.

Having regard to the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the Project Director (second respondent) to pass orders as a consequence to the show cause notice dated 10-12-2013, if not already passed, duly considering the explanation stated to have been submitted by the petitioner, if such explanation is received by the second respondent. Such order shall be passed, if not already passed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks. 5.

Accordingly writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed.
