JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P.NO.11459 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The 2nd respondent - State Level Police Recruitment Board issued notification dated 27.8.2016 for 494 posts of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constables (Communication) with post code No.25. Petitioner applied for the said posts claiming reservation under B.C.-E non-creamy layer category. The petitioner claims that she qualified in physical measurement / physical efficiency test and also appeared in the written test, but her name does not find place in the merit list dated 16.2.2017 under non-creamy layer category. Aggrieved by the same, she filed O.A.No.786/2017 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

The learned Tribunal posted the matter after four weeks. Subsequently final selection list was notified under Rc.No.246/R & T/Rect.2/2016 dated 27.8.2016. As the name of the petitioner does not find place in the said list, under BC-E noncreamy layer category, she filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, admitted that petitioner in the writ petition could not submit the non-creamy layer certificate before the final merit list was published.

In view of the above, we do not find any merit in the claim of the petitioner and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
