THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.14601 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks to declare the action of the respondents in conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) held in the month of April, 2013 without any transparency, without even formulating the key and further action in proceeding for registration of students of JEE Advanced 2013 exam on 13th May, 2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

While issuing notice before admission on 11.05.2013, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to permit the petitioner to be registered for J.E.E. advanced examination without insisting upon the original score card and the admit card with an observation that such appearance of the petitioner would be subject to the result of the writ petition.

Heard Ms. A.Chaya Devi, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the material available on record.

As seen from the record, by this time, the petitioner could have completed his Course and obtained the graduation certificate inasmuch as the interim order was granted on 11.05.2013. Since the balance of convenience lies in favour of the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to close the writ petition without expressing any opinion on merits of the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ T. AMARNATH GOUD, J 21st DECEMBER 2018.
