HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11354 OF 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in not taking action against the illegal and unauthorized construction raised by the respondent No.2 over the House bearing Municipal No.17-1-180/3, situated at Darabjung Colony, Old Edgah, Mdannapet, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 28.05.2008, granted inter direction to the respondents to consider the representation purported to have been made by the petitioner on 20.01.2007 and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since already the petitioner was granted relief by way of aforesaid interim order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 28.05.2008, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.14718 of 2008. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
