In the instant PIL, the petitioner seeks the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in seeking to shift the patients from Osmania General Hospital and demolish the building as arbitrary, illegal without any authority of law and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." Sri J.Ramachander Rao, learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submits that so far the State Government has not taken any such decision, as stated by the petitioner in the instant PIL. In other words, he submits that the State of Telangana has not taken decision to demolish Osmania General Hospital. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the PIL.
PIL is, therefore, disposed of.
It is needless to mention that if the State Government takes any such decision, shall make it public.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of. _____________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ___________________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 11.08.2015 Stp/Lrkm
