Nagarjuna Reddy) The unsuccessful husband of the respondent in M.O.P.No.57 of 2004 filed by him for dissolution of the marriage has filed this appeal against the order and decree dated 21.09.2007 in M.O.P.No.57 of 2004 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam District.

On 03.01.2018 the case was adjourned as no one appeared on behalf of the appellant. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant.

From the repeated absence of the learned counsel for appellant, it is reasonable to presume that the latter is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
