THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WRIT APPEAL NO.733 OF 2017 AND WRIT PETITION NO.12709 OF 2017 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} Heard Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and Sri G.Tarun Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents-writ petitioners.

Sri G.Tarun Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents-writ petitioners, would fairly submit that, since the validity of Regulation 5(3) of the National Council For Teacher Education (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014 has not been subjected to challenge in the Writ Petition, the petitioner be granted permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh challenging the validity of the said Regulation.

Granting liberty as sought for, Writ Petition No.12709 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn and Writ Appeal No.733 of 2017 is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
