THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE L.NARASIMHA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT Contempt Case No.1868 of 2013 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the interim order passed by this Court, on 05.09.2013, in C.M.A.No.359 of 2013.

The contempt case was admitted, on 29.11.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before this Court, a copy of the order, dated 18.11.2013, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, dismissing the S.L.P., filed against the said order. Today, it is represented that the custody of the child has since been given. In view of this development, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed not to press the contempt case. Taking into account the said representation, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________________ L.NARASIMHA REDDY, J.
