The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision under Section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Record of Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act on 23-08-2014 against the order passed by the 3rd respondent in case No.A5/3370/2013, dated 25-07-2014. Since no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent in the said revision, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Heard both sides.

When the matter was listed on 04-09-2014, while issuing notice before admission, this Court passed interim orders directing the 2nd respondent to fix the date of hearing of the revision petition and pass orders in the interlocutory application within a week from that day. Since it is stated that revision is pending before the 2nd respondent and already there is interim direction, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision/Interlocutory application filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of order.
