Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a report on 06.01.2017, indicating that the dispute is of "civil nature" and sought permission of the concerned learned Magistrate to close the case, and therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
