This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the rights of the petitioner in respect of property bearing Plot No.25 and 26 admeasuring 336 square yards in total (168 square yards each) situated in Sy.No.461/1 (461/AA) at Budwel Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, R.R.District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondentpolice are not interfering with the rights of the petitioner in respect of subject property.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
