THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7661 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner, who is A1 in Cr.No.464 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370 (A) (ii) IPC and 3 to 7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the police foisted a false case against the petitioner for statistical purpose.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State submitted that the petitioner along with other accused are running brothel house; therefore, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The case of the prosecution is that on 19.08.2017, the Inspector of Police, Raidurgam P.S. raided premises bearing No.1-26/1/142, 4th floor, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI bank building, Kondapur road, Anjaiahnagar, Serilingampalli Mandal, R.R. District and found five victims. After following the due procedure, the Inspector of Police registered the above case.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner along with other accused are running a brothel house by securing innocent girls. A perusal of the record prima facie reveals the role played by the petitioner in the commission of offence.

Taking into consideration the gravity of the offences alleged to have been committed by the petitioner and the stage of investigation, I am of the considered view that it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
