The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order dated 58-2014 in I.A.No.904 of 2013 in O.S.No.756 of 2013, on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

At the hearing, Sri R. Dheeraj Singh, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submitted that on 31-122015, the suit itself has been dismissed. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instructions in this regard.

Accepting the submission of the learned Counsel for respondent No.1, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the same in the event the suit was not dismissed as represented by the learned Counsel for respondent No.1. As a sequel, CRPMP No.6559 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
