This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.86 of 2013 on the file of the Malakpet Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and hence the criminal petition may be dismissed as abated.
