Though this matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on several occasions, there is no representation by the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that the subject matter of the Writ Petition relates to admission of Post Graduate Medical Courses for the academic year 2011-2012, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
