The counsel for petitioners has submitted a letter dt.10.12.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, intending to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. 2.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh Writ Petition. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
