Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The limited request made through this Criminal Petition is for reduction of amount of bond to be furnished. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, directed the petitioners to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties each and as the petitioners are unable to furnish the said bond due to poverty, the amount may be reduced. 4.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not raise any objection to reduce the amount as prayed for. The ground urged is taken into consideration. 5.
Thus, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The order rendered by the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, in C.C.No.590 of 2020, dated 17.06.2022, is modified to the extent of the solvency ordered. The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/-
(Rupees five thousand only) each with two sureties for likesum each. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
