RAMAKRISHNA REDDY, presented this petition under Section 24 of C.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to order to transfer the the G.W.O.P.No. 1331 of 2014 form the Family Court Jude, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar to Family Court judge at Vijayawada, or any other court having jurisdiction at Vijayawada. And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI A. RAMAKRISHNA REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of Notice before admission to the Respondent herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted You viz :
