When there was no representation for the petitioner, on 16.11.2018, this Court having noted that, on 26.10.2018, also there was no representation for the petitioner, directed to post this matter to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Yet again there is no representation for the petitioner. The said conduct of the petitioner shows that she is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
