I.A.No.1 OF 2025 This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition No.(iii) of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.12990 of 2025.

"The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the "Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m., and 05:00 p.m., till the filing of the charge sheet" is hereby relaxed. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer (ACP Office, Balanagar, Cyberabad), as and when required.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
