to enable the petitioner to seek correction/clarification of the order dt.10.11.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.9676 of 2022. Learned Counsel for petitioners in Crl.P.No.9676 of 2022 submits that this Court on 10.11.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.9676 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioner/A2; and that at 1st para of the order, it is wrongly typed as Crime No.18 of 2022 instead of SC NDPS No.18 of 2022.

And that at para 7(ii) of the operative portion, the name of the Court is wrongly typed as 'Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Jangoan instead of 'Principal District and Session Judge, Jangoan' In view of the aforesaid submissions, Office is directed to substitute 1st para of the order with the following correction and issue corrected copy of the order.

1. "Crime No.18 of 2022 shall be corrected as SC NDPS No.18 of 2022"

OFFI CE NOTE "7(ii). The petitioner/A2 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Principal District and Session Judge, Jangoan."

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.10.11.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.9676/2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
