There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in interfering with our peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands to an extent of Ac.2-04 gts. in S.No.896/2, Ac.2-04 gts. in S.No.896/2/1, and Ac.2-14 gts. in S.No.896/2/2, of Peddadevulapalli village, respectively at the instance of the 3rd respondent even though there exists an injunctive order against the 3rd respondent, by directing us to leave the Cart way to her through our fields, though no such way exists as being illegal, arbitrary and is in negation of principles of natural justice apart from being in violation of Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the above lands and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper."

When the matter is called, learned Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent informs the Court on instructions that at the instance of the 3rd respondent, a case in C.C.No.152 of 2007 is registered against the petitioners. When the matter was pending trial, the parties have compromised before the Lok Adalat on 27.07.2018. Therefore, no further orders are required in the writ petition. It is also
stated that the respondent police never interfered with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioners. 4.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
