Letter, dated 20.07.2016, is addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) by the learned counsel for appellant stating that the appellant instructed him to withdraw the appeal, as the appellant and the respondent - claimant have already settled the dispute.

In that view of the matter, permission is granted for withdrawal and the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
