THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1715 of 2017 ORDER:

Counsel for petitioners filed a memo stating: "The petitioners state that the dispute between themselves and the respondent No.7 (who is the sole legal heir of the respondent No.6 on record) is settled in terms of compromise recorded before the Hon'ble Lok Adalat vide Award dt.22-09-2017 in O.S.No.1957 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge of Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. Under the terms of the compromise, the petitioners herein have received the substantial amounts in lieu of withdrawing their rights over the land in question. Thus, the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the Writ Petition as the cause for filing the Writ Petition no more survives. Copy of the Lok Adalat award is enclosed."

In view of same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
