Aggrieved by the action of respondents 4 and 5 in interfering into the civil disputes and life and liberty of the petitioners and insisting them to withdraw the civil suit in O.S.No.142 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge's Court, Eluru, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the counter affidavit submits that the respondent-police are not pressurizing the petitioners to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.142 of 2017 and not interfering with the civil disputes. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of.
