HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Crl.P. No.8557 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.556 of 2018 of Jawahar Nagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 420 and 406 IPC.

The petitioner is the sole accused in the said crime and she was enlarged on bail by the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District on condition to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties each like sum to the satisfaction of the Court and also directed to deposit passport before the Court.

Though several grounds raised before the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that she is working as Airhostess as such her passport is required and that if the petitioner surrenders her passport, she will be put to serious loss by losing her services. Without touching the merits of the case, even the petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., this Court cannot pass orders relaxing the conditions imposed by the Court below. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Court below and on filing such application, the Court below is directed to dispose of the same within a week from the date of filing the application in accordance with law. With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
