The revision is directed against the order of the trial Court ordering prosecution of the revision petitioner. Mr.V.Surendra Reddy, counsel for the petitioner, submits that the revision petitioner is beyond the pale of prosecution since he is no more.

The statement is placed on record and the revision is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
