THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5733 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to pass appropriate orders in regard to Crl.M.P.No.31 of 2015 in Crl.R.P. No.37 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District Judge, Kakinada.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
