The only grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 1 to 3 are not taking action on the complaint dated 01-08-2017 lodged by him.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent- police to take action on the complaint dated 01-08-2017 lodged by the petitioner by following the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the judgment of Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.
