This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.410 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court - cum - IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to any other Court having jurisdiction at Kamareddy.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to dispense with the presence of the petitioner in O.P.No.410 of 2017 on each and every date of adjournment before the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the presence of the petitioner in O.P.No.410 of 2017 on the file of the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, the petitioner shall attend before the Family Court - cum - IV Additional District Court, Ranga Reddy District, as and when her presence is so required. 5.

With the above observation, transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
